Project Brief

The project faced multiple structural and logistical challenges: - No columns were permitted in the middle of the lecture halls, requiring advanced engineering techniques. - The underlying soil conditions were weak, demanding special foundation solutions. - The site had very limited working space, with blind walls on both sides. - The client had limited availability to monitor the project, visiting the site less than ten times.
A column-free structural design was implemented using long-span beams and load distribution methods. The foundation was engineered to suit the weak soil conditions. Despite space limitations, all construction activities were efficiently managed without compromising quality. The project was executed successfully with minimal client supervision.
  • Large column-free lecture halls for unobstructed student visibility and comfort
  • Space-optimized design on a narrow site
  • Customized foundation for weak soil conditions
  • Ground floor rentable area to support operational income
  • Successfully delivered with minimal client involvement, showcasing project reliability and expertise
The facility supports educational development by offering spacious, modern classrooms for large student groups. It contributes to community growth by enhancing access to quality learning spaces and generating income through commercial rental areas.
